New Standards for London's Low Emission Zone

From 3 Jan 2012 vehicles entering London's Low Emission Zone (LEZ) must now meet the Euro 4 emission standard rather than Euro 3. Whilst modern vehicles are mainly unaffected a broader selection of older commercial vehicles could be hit with heavy fines should they now enter the zone - which runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
